I want to bring in your kind attention towards the news published in the on national news paper "Times of India" on 22 January, 2017 "Man spends 10 years in jail for his brother's crime" (News attached).

Therefore it is kind request to please take appropriate action against the perpetrator and provide facilities to the victim family and also provide compensation to the victim family and also set a high level inquiry committee for bring the fact out.
