Mangala Rajbhar is being threatened by police because he raised the issue of inaction by the police in a gang rape case. Two more complaints have been received from Sh. Henri Tiphagne and registered as case Nos. 21069/24/72/2011 & 22280/24/72/2011. Since the subject matter of all the complaints is similar they are clubbed together. Issue notice to the Senior Superintendet of Police, Varanasi calling for a report within four weeks. |
